Meet your coaches: Carson and Clay bring firsthand experience from the field and the weight room.
Carson is a certified NASM personal trainer and former Strength & Conditioning Coach at Walkersville High School, where he also played football, lacrosse, and wrestled. He’s coached both youth wrestling and high school lacrosse, and has two years of experience as a group fitness instructor.
Clay holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on Physical Therapy from Bethany College, where he played lacrosse and swam competitively. A conference Scholar Athlete of the Year and multiple record-holder, he’s an ISSA-certified trainer with experience coaching lacrosse and training athletes at Unrivaled.
Day 1: Strength – The foundation of athletic performance. Stronger athletes are faster, more explosive, and less prone to injury.
Day 2: Plyometrics & Power – This is where strength becomes action. Athletes learn how to move explosively, quickly, and with control—skills that translate directly to game-day performance.
Day 3: Speed & Agility – A sport-specific breakdown of footwork and movement patterns to help each athlete excel in their own arena. Fast, responsive, and precise.
